Bottle from the monthly club. Drunk in my yard after a spring rain passed and the sun came back out. Yellow-orange amber. Surprisingly mild nose with some flowery hints and a bit of pineapple. Flavor has that American West Coast bitterness, grapefruity, not much tropical, only a touch of maltiness, skewed waaay bitter in the balance. Not sure if this is an older bottle (12/09/21 on the cap). Not bad but I was expecting more based on the name Blossom.

From the can. Gold with a frothy white head. Extremely aromatic, floral, with tropical fruit undertones. Taste is sweet to bittersweet, turns dryer and moderately more bitter at the finish. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Well balanced and a pleasure.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy copper pour, two finger frothy off-white head. Long lasting, very persistent. Lots of lacing on the glass. Grassy, floral nose. Herbal background. Medium body, medium carbonation. Prickly on the tongue, average texture. Mostly bitter taste, lingering bitterness on the tongue. Aroma of malt, wheat, grassy hops. Floral. Solid herbal spiciness. Hops in the background, nice citrus notes. Grapefruit, orange peel, slightly tropical. Long lasting finish, bitter, dry and peppery. Slight lingering alcohol notes. Pretty good.
