Dorée, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme porte sur des effluves classiques US - Ici c'est du rétro sur les agrumes, herbacé avec une petite pointe de grains qui agrémente le tout. Dur à décrire, pour moi, c'est replonger dans le craft il y a 15 ans, et cela fait du bien.
Palais reste un peu sur les malts - pale, caramel avec cette impression de flash back américain qui me rappelle les anciennes classiques californiennes vers Stone ou Lagunitas et tant d'autres. Le tout est bien accompagné par un houblonné naviguant entre agrumes - pamplemousse et et citronnelle et fruits à noyaux.

Clear golden, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of manog, orange juice, grapefruit, lime, pine. Taste has sweetish mango, apple & orange, bit zesty. Bitter piney hoppy finish with grapefruit over biscuity malts. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Correct.

Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of tropical fruits, some citrus, juicy fruits, caramel malts in the back. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, spicy touch, dry, good, fruity touch, zesty. Aftertaste: malty, nice bitterness, fruity, some citrus, grains, little soapy, not bad!

Mein 2. Bier aus dem spanischen Baskenland. Ein wirklich schön komponiertes Pale Ale mit tollen Aromen nach Zitronengras, Mandarine, Limette und Melone...und das wunderbar verknüpft mit grasigen Hopfennoten. Harmonisch und aromatisch -ein wirklich gutes Bier -zum Essen oder als spritziges Sommerbier.
