Dahl’s Pilsner has been a household name in Norway since the original E.C. Dahl brewed the first batch in 1856. This beer is one of the oldest pilsners in Norway, and is today still brewed with the same unique yeast that has been used for more than 70 years.
Dahls Pils has a beautiful golden colour. The aroma is characterised by banana with floral notes, both of which are a result of the yeast and hops used. This beer is medium-bodied, with a mild sweetness and a well-balanced smooth bitterness.

Bottle, 4.5%. 5 months past BB date. Clear yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is slightly bready, citric. Low bitterness. A little yeast, which is OK here. Naturtrüb aftertaste.

33 cL bottle. Pours golden to pale yellow with a lcing white head. Grassy nose. Quite sweet flavour, slight cornish. Mild bitter finish. Nice actually.

Biggish, creamy white head with larger bubbles; very pale yellow body with ongoing carbonation. Faint aroma of apple and some noble hops. Taste is more apple, faintly sourish, and very soft aftertaste with slightly metallic hops. One of the better Norwegian pilseners.
