Kentucky Common. A style that was almost completely killed off by prohibition lives a new life here in Cambodia. A light grain bill with a high percentage of both yellow and white corn brings this brew to an ABV of 4.2%, and the 22 IBUs are from a combination of Sorachi Ace and Centennial with a splash of Cascade for dry hopping.
