Poured from the tap. Hazy copper red with small white head. Berry, mild vinegar, feint salt, decent balance.

Tap at Valhalla, shared with Rauchbierlover. Murky purple-red body, pinkish-white head. Berry, cherry notes with light glue in the aroma, tart, lightly funky, quite pleasant and strong. Very balanced sourness, seemingly partly lactic, in the taste - berries and light glue pop up again, along with some acetic touches here and there. Light brett? Hmm. Sharp finish, a bit salty. Very, very nice!

Bottled, at AndySnow tasting. Cloudy reddish pink, small head. Woody citric nose. Tart with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar and red wine, red berries.

Bottle at home. Deep ruby red with pinkish head. Tart cherries, cranberries, some spicy notes. Slightly puckering, borderline acetone. Long, cherry finish.
