Our „Dark“ features an intense, malt-oriented body, which is bestowed by selected roasted malts. Nevertheless, the fruity Weissbier taste, which has a spicy but mild touch, is preserved. The colour is dark, slightly reddish, with a natural yeast cloud. In order to enhance the special aroma, the beer is brewed more strongly and is not fermented as intensively. However, the alcohol content is not increased by the balanced malt sugar content. Savour this unique specialty beer between 7 and 9°C.

Canned. Deep brown colour with a mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is bananas, some toasted tones, caramel and mild yeasty tones. Flavour is toasted malts, some bananas, caramel and mild wheaty tones. Surprisingly thin palate.

50cl can from Maxima, Tallinn. Pours hazy brown with an off-white head. Malty aroma with ripe bananas and hints of caramel, yeast and toffee. Medium sweet with rather low flavour intensity and some light acidic notes. Fair enough.
