Smaakbeschrijving

It's a bit better than non alcoholic hoppy Mikkeller ice-tea.

0.33l bottle from 'Ace Drinks', bottled in February 2020. Hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite herbal-spicy and gently fruity aroma of lots of ginger, citrus and traces of wort. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite herbal-spicy and gently fruity taste of ginger, mango, orange and some grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite herbal-spicy, a bit grassy and minimally worty finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really pleasant NA beer, love the ginger flavours.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Clear golden with a white head. Ginger aroma with some tropical fruit. Sweet taste with some ginger as well, bitter finish. More alike to a ginger ale than an IPA but very very tasty. Might be my go to non alc. beer for the summer.

Colour is yellow golden, slightly hazy, with a white head that doesn't last too long. Aroma's of resinous hops and ginger. Hops fade fast, making way for grain. Retronasal it's ginger ale, sweetish, grain. Flavour is light grainish sweet with a hint of bitter and ginger. Light bodied, but not too thin. Finish is slightly dry, moderate bitter. Pleasant, but don't expect beer.

Bottle at home. Almost clear golden with white head. Smells like ginger ale. Some dry malts, soft fruity hops, grass and green leaf vegetables. Quite mineral with a bit of soap. Medium sweet and bitter. Over light bodied with fizzy carbonation. It's a bit like a radler maybe, you taste beer but also ginger ale. At least it's a lot better than the non-ginger version.
