Tap @MBCC 2021, Yellow Session. Clear golden, white head. Malty, grainy and slightly yeasty aroma. Malty, grainy flavour, crisp, light. A little spice in the finish.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours clear pale straw withbairy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with hints of fruit and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of yeast and malt. Bitter aftertaste with papery notes and estery touches. Decent for the style and quite enjoyable as such.

Can from Goblet. Misty golden body, white head. Flowery, creamy, slightly fruity aroma. Doesn't scream helles apart from maaaybe some hoppiness, but eh. Smooth, slightly flat taste, again some flowery-tea like noble hoppiness, trace bitterness and light saltiness in the finish, not much of a malty taste as such, a bit flat. 'tis fine, not really fresh so I won't knock it too much, but though probably better hopped than some, it's missing some details that make truly top Helleses delectable. 6/6/6/6/6.5

Golden body, off-white head. Dryish floral and herbal hoppy aroma, bit hoppier than the norm, but still solid. Soft, pleasant, slightly minerally herbal taste. Better than last time, though my notes are less elaborate.

ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, light moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, flowers, sweet malt, pale malt, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210206]
