Named after our neighbourhood of Portobello. A copper coloured, aromatic beer brewed as a traditional American IPA made with pale and crystal malts and Cascade and Centennial American hops for a modern, citrusy finish. Enjoy this renegade chilled, with friends.

Draught at The Harrison. Pours orange-garnet with sustained off-white head. A throwback with crystal and the hop profile, and I enjoy that the malt doesn’t overpower like some of these homages to the 90s can do. Not a bad beer.

As predictable or as terrible M Night Shyamalan's films are they are strangely appealing at the same time. This beer too is strangely appealing without being superb. It's an old school IPA with a traditional hoppiness, mild sweetish bready notes and a moreish quality.

Draught, taster. @Barcelona Beer Festival 2022, Barcelona (Spain). 15/10/2022 [#5.510 Global - #128 Scotland - #3 Bellfield Brewery] Pours clear orange with a white head. Aroma: dough, straw and candy malts. Taste: orange marmalade and citrus hops. Medium bitterness. Next one please!
