Color rojizo claro y pálido, sin espuma. Aroma con suaves notas de frambuesa y frutos rojos. Ligera y afrutada en boca, ácida, agridulce, seca, notas de ácido láctico y frutos rojos, refrescante, de fácil beber.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma rosa media grana media persistenza, colore rosa torbido, al naso lampone yogurt (anguria?!), in bocca lampone acido lattico e nel finale pane, corpo leggero, carbonazione leggera, amaro percettibile, acidità medio alta, secca nel finale. Non estrema ben bevibile. c. Bottega della birra Arona 27.08.23

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy red colour, minimal head. Aroma of raspberry jam. Mildly tart with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Raspberry jag with a citric touch, notes of cheese. No bitterness. Pretty much raspberry squash.

Can (thanks Micke!). Hazy red colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is raspberries, some tart wood and mild vanilla tones. Flavour is raspberries, some vanilla and mild herbal tones with a bit tart wooden notes. A bit watery as for the palate. Easy going sour.
