Thx! 33 cl. bottle sampled @ Bierkaffee ’t Middelpunt in Zolder. Hazy golden with a white head. Nose is sweet fruity but like apple juice, applesauce, Turkish candy, syrup, white sugar, syrup, very sweet. Taste doesn’t add entirely up either, apple juice & commercial applesauce, some chemicals, huge white sugar, syrup, overly sweet BE yeast,… Body too much yeast, oddly oily. This one of those dull BE blonds that veers too much into unpleasant flavours probably in an attempt to cut corners & please everyone. It is manageable still & drinkable for certain.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 29/10/2015.

FC Nordsjælland vs. Chelsea FC Champions League football night tasting in Odense, October 2012. Slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Yeasty aroma with a barnyard note and a touch of dried fruit. Dry and slightly sour fruity and heavy yeasty-phenolic flavour

5/II/2012 33cl bottle late 80s vintage @ vintage tasting Brugs Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2012-1224) Thanks to JimRittchart for the sample!

Note: from lost notes earlier this year, found again!
Clear dark orange beer, pretty big aery big bubbled off-white to beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: dry, cardboard, dusty, maybe a little spicy, definitely off. Taste: about the same as the smell. The beer has died over this time. If I ever come across a fresh one, I'll rerate it.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma of lemon, berries, white wine. Taste is sweet with caramel, berries and grapes, balancing herbal bitterness in a dry finish. A bit odd, but refreshing.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Discreet aroma of pale malt, a yeasty and restrained fruity touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malt-character with traces of honey and fruits; sweet and slightly bitter finish. No revelation. 05.VII.11
