Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of butter, malts, yeast and apricot. Light sweet malty flavour. Sweet malty finish, light English yeast.

Bottled @ Camping Ratebeers 2014, small sample. Bit boring belgian-like blonde beer as a base beer. Englishman should provide a much cleaner beer, but Im still tasting a belgian blonde. Did they use a similar bottling yeast for all their beers, which mainly makes the character of the beer? Nothing english about this one. Failed experiment.

Bouteille 75cl, BB 11/09/2014.

Bottle shared by sic1314 @ The Hague Tasting. Hazy rusty yellow - orange color, medium sized fair lacing white head. Aroma is dusty and a bit weird. Taste is not nice at all. Damn what the fuck is this brewed out of? I can’t describe it but it’s horrible. Drainpour. Yuk.

15/II/14 - 75cl bottle from Delhaize (Ledeberg) @ NotV pt. XI - BB: 11/IX/14 (2014-197)

Gusher alert!
Clear pale orange beer, big off-white irregular big head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty smelly, bit dirty, funky, bready notes, sweet, sugary, fruity touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, caramel, overripe fruits, banana, bitter touch, malty, some toast. Aftertaste: hops, grassy, pretty dry bitterness, hay, grains. Meh.

Full name Limited Beer Collection Special Yeast - Englishman Clean touchQuite dense, just off-white head, rather stable over faintly hazed ochre-/orangeish yellow beer. Yeasty nose, with a marked pale malt presence, and yet slightly spicy. Aromas prove quite volatile, leaving a very neutral odour. Spicy malts, dry Scandinavian bread, poppodoms. Crisp and (reasonably) clean, indeed, the words reverberating dangerously certain megabrewers’ ads. Fortunately it’s not THAT bad. Quite present carbonation, lending an ever so slightl adicity. Medium bodied at best, certain slickness. Difficult to get excited about this one...
