Das naturtrübe Märzen trägt mit seinem kupfernen Rotstich die Farben der Zähringer. Dank des Tettnanger Hopfens überrascht dieses Unikat mit seiner leicht grasigen Note. Ein Hauch gebrannter Mandeln rundet seinen röstig-malzigen Charakter dank dreierlei Malz perfekt ab.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Somewhat murky deep amber colour, tall loose frothy off-white head, diminishing slowly, fair lacing. Aroma light roasted malt, light caramel, grain, mixed overipe fruits. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, light caramel, overripe fruits. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, smooth though a bit thinnish sweetbitter aftertaste, light spicy notes, okay.

Deep amber with a frothy, white head. Caramel aroma. Herbal too with light roasted notes. Taste is bitter with a crisp finish and a light hint of caramel lingering on the tongue. Medium-bodied, moderate to mild carbonation, smooth, easy-going. Pleasant.

Leicht getreidiger, herb-röstiger Beginn. die Herbe steigt noch ein wenig an, wird aber vom Karamell überholt, dazwischen trockenes Dörrobst, das Ganze bei leicht erhöhter Karbonisierung. Gut trinkbar und aromatisch bis in den Nachgeschmack. 9/10/9/9/11/9

33cl bottle. A minimal hazy amber beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of mild reddish and caramelized malt. Taste of gently reddish malt, caramel, spruce, quite smooth.
