Voici une blonde dorée développant une belle mousse compacte et tenace. Son dégagement gazeux est important. Au nez, on ressent l’orge et la levure ainsi qu’une touche agréable de malt. Elle est un peu piquante en bouche, offre un léger goût de torréfaction et révèle la présence de houblon. Elle est caractérisée par une amertume équilibrée et prolongée en fin de bouche ainsi que par des notes fruitées complexes. Rendant hommage à sa manière à l’enfant du pays, le Dinantais Adolphe Sax, elle se distingue aussi par le design de l’étiquette, représentant un escargot.

Ljust bärnstensfärgad vätska med storbubblig skumkrona. Arom av gräs, hö och lite ljust bröd. Jästig med stor maltighet och smak av gräs och hö. Värmande och lagom munfyllnad.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianco sporco pannosa persistente, color giallo arancio torbido, al naso è intensa lieviti belgi spezie frutta gialla marmellata di pesche scorza d’arancia, in bocca è molto speziata coriandolo marmellata di pesche arancia candita note erbacee, corpo medio/leggero, carbonazione forte, lieve astringenza, alcool perfetto, ben attenuata molto secca, amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Draft at Tip Top Room. New brewery to me so had to start here. Gold pour. Nose is orange candy and honey. Tastes of honey, coriander, oranges, yeast, some malt. Medium bodied. Little funkiness.

Not as foamy as the Bio version with white head on an unclear golden coloured body. Yeast, earthy & citrus aroma. Medium bodied, soft over the tongue with a clean back Sweet, bubble gum, stone fruit, yeast & orange tastes with a tangy finish. I prefer the Bio version.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a big off-white head. Aroma of mid sweet pale malt, some yellow fruits and yeast. Taste of sweet pale malt, straw, flowers, som e honey and yeast.

Maakun went to Belgium and brought some tripels! 🤪🍻 Almost clear golden with white head. Strong overripe banana and cloves, orange peel edges. Sweet and somewhat bitter finish. Booooozyyyy.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy golden with white head. Cloves, pils malts, overripe banana, light fruity. Light mineral. Over medium sweet, lighter bitter and very light sour. Solid medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Decent.
