Aroma is rather nice with hops, some exotic fruits, caramel, biscuits and hints of gooseberry bush. Flavour is also rather hoppy with resin, some caramel, gooseberries and hints of biscuits. Good IPA, although a bit too stuffy and sweet.

Tap at Hallertauer Bierfestival 2012, as Eric’s PA. Cloudy orange, offwhite lace. Big pine and mango hop aromatics, kicks a lot of the Hallertau offerings to the curb. Sweet mango and pineapple aromatics in the flavor. Chewy body, yeast dryness. Tropical and pine hop finish.

swing top bottle 500ml. -from Sörspecialista.hu. Nice amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, agrumy hoppy nose. Fruity, caramel and aromatic hoppy with bitter finish and long-lasting bitter aftertaste. IPA by the book, very nice.

Ogi’s. Lovely misty dark amber body. Off white head. Slightly subdued sweetish aroma hop nose, quite malty, very light alcohol. Subdued aromatics, heck, they were more pronounced in the Pale Ale! Grainy, orange, alcohol on the fringes, slightly dumb bitterness. Hm. Had high hopes after the PA. Doesn’t deliver.

Clear reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - pine and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 291111

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting. Pours hazy red-brown with frothy off-white head. Aroma is citrus and juniper berries but also hints of nutmeg and cloves. Taste is initial sweet and bitter, turning bitter and acidic. Very long lasting. Medium body with oliy texture and soft carbonation. I normally do not like IPAs, but this was actually a good beer!

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy nice aroma. Flowery notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Draught at WNWA Kolding: 7-3-7-4-15=3.6

Bottle. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Flavour is fruit, hay, hop, pine, grapefruit, citrus, alcohol. Long bitter finish. Nice beer.

Im Antrunk ist das Bier dunkel hopfig, die Hefigkeit lässt dabei deutlich die Obergärigkeit erkennen. Vollmundiger, hauptsächlich durch den Hopfen bedingt, wird es im Mittelteil, dem grasige Noten stärker werden. Die Hefigkeit weist leichte Bananennoten auf, zum Ende wenig alkoholig. Würzig-frisches und weuterhin hopfiger Abgang. Durchaus gelungen! 7/11/11/12/7/11

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ UK-SCO Tasting in Ulfborg.Light unclear medium to dark orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, peach, light grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110409]
