Our interpretation of a Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with oats, malted wheat, and unmalted raw wheat for a hazy, “white” appearance. Spiced with our own special blend of coriander and Curaçao orange peel, Allagash White is both complex and refreshing. Though it’s brewed in Maine, the recipe sticks to its Belgian roots.

Canned 355ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear yellow coloured, medium sized airy white head, coriander and mild lemony nose. Light coriander, lemony, watery and mild spicy finish.

Can at Goblet ZG, with Damir, packaged April 5th. Eeh. But it should have taken less of a punch than the pale ales? Riiight? Let's see. Hazy yellow body, lasting beige head. Wheat, coriander, bit glue. Spicy, bit oxidized, wheaty, soft, caramelly, perrfumey-coriandery and citric taste, soft, nice. Bit old but fine.

Clear golden beer, thin white head. Light bready aroma. Flavour has banana, bread, a little citrus zest, a little peppery spice. Lives up to its rep as a bit of a classic wheat beer.

335 ml bottle from Systembolaget poured into a Weizen glass. Hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy white head. Sweet aroma with citrus, cloves, coriander, orange peel, and wheat malts. The taste is sweet. Medium body. Drying fruity finish. Nice, straightforward Wit.

19.2oz can from Allagash Brewery, Portland. Drunk after driving to Bar Harbor, Maine. Finally get to try this classic beer. Misty yellow pour, large white head. Good floral witbier yeast on the nose, continuing to taste, moderately sweet, soft spice with great balance and defined Curacao and orange peel fruitiness. Wonderfully fresh, wonderfully drinkable.

Can. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is coriander, wheat, dough, peppery. Taste is the same, solid balance, great drinkability. Smooth mouthfeel, soft carbonation. I am having this at the roof of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, and it's probably the best view I've ever had drinking a beer.
