750ml bottle I got in a trade in 2011 from Doodler. Been saving this for a good tasting. Shared it at RBSG in Portland at the hotel after the grand tasting
Clear dark brown with a medium sized beige head, good lacing. Aroma of caramel, woody and brown sugar. Taste of caramel, brown sugar and oak
Nice

Bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out oxidation and caramel. Flavour brings out dark fruits, light wood, and oxidation. Balanced reasonably but not overly cohesive. Decent.

Found this bottle hiding in my cellar - oops. Aroma is very oxidized with some large honey and wet paper character. Doesn’t smell infected though so it has that going for it. Pours a cloudy dark, burnt amber with a moderately thick, dark tan head with decent retention. Flavor is sweet upfront with some light caramel notes. That is quickly swept away by some light, harsh bitterness and large amounts of oxidation. Tons of golden raisin, honey, and lots of wet paper with hints of soy sauce. The more of this you drink the worse it gets. Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with moderate carbonation. Moderate astringency with medium alcohol warmth. Overall, this is horrid and I am so happy I held onto it this long. This lived up to its expectations. So oxidized.

75cl bottle courtesy of ibrew2or3, thanks Dave.

22/IV/13 - 750ml bottle @ Rampkrot (Deurne) - BB: n/a (2013-352) Thanks to Sebletitje for sharing the bottle!

Cloudy dark red brown beer, small light beige head, unstable. Aroma: lots of dried fruits, sugary, some citrus, lots of caramel, brown sugar. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: some citrus, lots of caramel, sugary, dark chocolate. MF: mainly dark chocolate, caramel, bit sugary, yet not too sweet, vanilla, bourbon flavours. Man, this is pretty impressive!

Courtesy of Sebletitje. 75 cl. bottle sampled. Murky woody darker brown, not too much beige head. Sweet thick caramel malts, pine, thick toffee, bitter hops, bitter light woody with leaves, bit gooey,… Bitter leaves, pine, bitter caramel and toffee goo taste, almost liquorish, bitter three bark, combined with almost molasses sweet, thick malts, lightly earthly,… Thick, near syrupy. Nice combination of thick malt goo and heavy bitter hops.
