Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, L 2 202 (?), 7.5% ABV, 66 IBU
Hazy dark amber color with creamy and persistent head. Nice hop aroma, fruity (apricot, pineapple…), and nice caramel too. Strong body structure, it has a powerful caramel flavor, with moderate residual sweetness, and even some chocolate; the hopping is very high, providing enough resins and some fruits; it has a strong yeast character too, quite spicy, with a British accent too.
Atypical, good.
