Sampler @ the Clyborn location. Golden in color with a slightly sticky lacing. As a hefe the banana esters were present on the nose but not overly crazy with toned down estery sweetness.. Less sweet more subdued esters in the flavor as well. A nicely done hefe.

On tap @ the Clyborn location. Pours a near clear orangish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a slight tart note with a good amount of banana and some clove. Flavor is similar with sweet wheat, a light tart note and a good amount of banana. Didn’t really come together.
