@papsø weekend tasting cloudy brown, yellow heaboozy whiskey, woody aroma. nice. flavor is caramelly, boozy, sort of barley winish.. dry..

Cloudy mahogany with a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, dark overripe fruit and chocolate. Flavor had roasted malt, caramel, dark overripe fruits and phenols. Finished sweet.

75 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and yeasty. Dark chocolate. Sweet malty, alcohol and chocolate. Light spiced and rather phenolic to the dark malt base. Warming alcohol finish. Lingering dark malty and light spiced.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and alcohol. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to dry finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours dark brown with an orange hue and a rough off-white head. Lovely aroma of dark dried fruit, burned caramel and friendly esters. Amazingly solid body, loads of dark dried fruits, licorice and great esters. Very warming alcohol. This is how Belgian beers should be! 110910
