Sample at GABF 10/05/2019, thanks to kathryneels for assistance with note-taking. Hazy reddish-brown color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Aroma of raspberry, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart raspberry, Belgian yeast, mild hops and caramel malt. The finish is fruity with a raspberry and yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

22oz bottle pours out pink topped with a small head. Nose is nice big sweet berries some oak barrel. Tatse is more of the nice sweet berries the oak, but calling it a lambic is very silly.

Bottle at GABF. Pours a hazy ruby brown with medium off white creamy head. The aroma is berry, funk, oak, bready malt. Medium body, jammy berry, oak, light booze finish, good.

GABF 2014. i appreciate that they call it lambic style.Very sweet with sugar and some berry flavor; with sweet malt in the aroma as well. Nothing like lambic at all; no sourness; no prominent yeast quality. Solid fruit beer anyway.

Tap at the brewpub, fall 2013 - Pours ruby red with a strong raspberry aroma. It tastes sweet with tart raspberries. Bubbly and light to medium bodied, it has a lingering tartness. It’s good. I’m not specifically noticing he wild yeast here. The sugars may be overwhelming it, but regardless I enjoyed the beer.

Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours an outrageous pinkish head that was gone in 60 seconds or less. Pour is very red. Compares to my avatar. Flavor is very raspberry and lightly tart. There’s enough seed bitter to balance. Nice beer.

This is a remake of the Lindemans sweetened lambics, nothing lambic about it. Sweet raspberry candy. Pretty color and head though, very strong carbonation. Bomber shared by Tim.

22 oz bottle purchased at Texas Liquors in Calrsbad, California. Pour is a pink, ruby and golden with a three inch white head that breaks up and falls super fast. Aroma is sweet raspnerries, very much fresh fruit, and table sugar. Taste is fresh sweet raspberries, some light sugar sweetness. and not a whole lot else. The fruit is very natural and clean, and really is the main story. The palate is light bodied, with lower carbonation, and the smoothly sweet fruit finish. This is certainly a naturally tasty Raspberry fruit beer, but its not really a lambic by any stretch of the imagination. No big deal, I just had different expectations with Lambic on the label. Regardless, fun and tasty beer.

Unclear raspberry red with a tiny white head. Plenty of raspberries in the nose along with hints of brett. Flavour came out quite sweet for the style with loads of natural raspberries and vague barnyard notes. Finished sweet. Raspberry juice.
