On tap at Stone’s Sourfest. Pours with a hazed red body and a small white head. Aroma of raspberry seeds. Taste is lightly sour, some raspberry juice. Not really very sour or funky, but not sweet thankfully. Think NG Raspberry Tart.

An okay to good fruit beer and a somewhat mediocre lambic. Too sweet and there’s an off grain note. Otherwise, it’s pretty good. The raspberry flavor is natural. There’s mild pucker and a funk note. It’s not a mildly cloying beer but still refreshing and not hard to drink.

Draft. Pinkish color with a light pink head. light tart raspberry and lemon aroma. Raspberry leomonade flavor with light sourness and sweet malt. Medium body. Refreshing. Sweet raspberry and light lemon lingers with sweetness and light sourness. Kind of like a slightly more sour Lindemanns.
