The Brown Bink is the 2nd Bink Beer to be brewed here, since 1997. This drinking beer goes down well with the amateurs of dark beer. The ingredients are: four types of malt, one type of Belgian hops, brewing water and yeast. Our Brown Bink is a full, softly bitter beer with a sweetish aftertaste of maltiness.

Dark brown with orange and a low head. Caramel, light chocolate nose. Tick, creamy body. Rich malt flavor with caramel and a bit of chocolate, and sweet-and-sour. Sour cherry or apple in there. A bitter finish. Nice balance and very drinkable. Great with pork stewed with apples.

Bottle at In De Wildeman. Deep dark brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of sweet chocolate malts. Flavour is sweet, malty, chocolate, but not overly sweet, slightly dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, highly drinkable. Not really a Belgian Ale, more a Dunkel like the U Fleku beer.
