Bottle from the Carrefour in Oostende. Pours a little dark for a blonde, nice malty nose, mild syrup and vague esters. Decent full mouthfeel, thick sunny straw malt, mild pepper, lingers with light bitterness. Pretty simple and quaffable.

A hazy amber pour with a long-lasting off-white head. Aroma is Belgian malts, lemon, orange, croissant, honey. Dry and crisp mouthfeel, full body. Long-lingering, very bitter finish. Not bad.

Backlog July 2015. Slightly dim golden body under a big white head. Aroma is slightly fruity with yeast, pale malt, white sugar and a slightly spicy ester touch. Taste is very sweet, pale malt, white sugar and too boozy alcohol. Medium body and sweet and boozy aftertaste. Not particular interesting.

Smell-weak malt, hops, citrus, faint belgian yeast. Foam- thin, weak malt, weak citrus, weak hops. Head is small to medium, white color, maybe orange tint. Sticks. Appearance- re-sealable bottle, simple label. Hazy orange color, weak to medium carbonation. From- snifter Taste - hops, malt, citrus, hoppy after taste with some bitterness. Pine in the mix and some weak belgian notes. Long bitter, hoppy aftertaste. Not bad, but nothing special. Alcohol is well hidden.
