Aroma of light malt, fruit, citrus, some yeast, peppery notes, light hop. Flavour is moderate sweet, with a moderate bitter finish. A bit of a run-of-the-mill Belgian ale.

Backlog January 2010. Pale golden body under a nice, creamy white head. Not very elegant in aroma, feels like white sugar and herbs. Taste is a bit better, but still too sweet with pale malt, spices and white sugar and a hint of candy. Medium body and same sweet candy finish.

Just a bit dark blonde with chunks of yeast floating. Very dusty and yeasty aroma and flavor. Sweet and sugary. Dusty mouthfeel. The beers seems infected.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden, slightly hazy, white foam. Strong aroma of coriander, other spices, malt, yeast. Taste: coriander, light malt, lollipops, light bitterness, so so.

Bottle. Clear golden liquid with a fine rockt white head. Aroma: spicy, peppery. Additional sweet corn and banana. Medium body. Taste: sweetish malts and a fair amount of coriander. Too much of it. Out of balance.
