Bottle. Pours pitch black with a small light brown head. Aromas of yeast, brett, vinous notes, cocoa, sour fruity notes. Taste is pretty goddamn bretty, some sour vinous notes, dark grapes, malt, cocoa, some roast, dry woody notes. Pretty weird mixup.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Roast, caramel and some vinous notes in the aroma. Medium to full bodied. Prominent vinous flavor, slightly oaky, overpowering other flavors, like hints of roast and caramel. Some soft acidic notes. Tannines. Very nice brew.

2016 vintage bottle. Brownish with red highlights, little foam. Nose was kind of rotten, which says aging in a cellar did not work. The mouthfeel was astringent, vinous which leads to acid. No

Bottle, medium sample. Hazy brown color, short frothy head. Aroma of raisin, red wine, roasted malts, dark fruit, slight hint of cookie and caramel. Bit sweet in taste, roasty bitterness, vinous, red wine, raisin, slight funky. Bit too much of the barrel perhaps.

Bottle picked up somewhere consumed at Mums, Worcester, Thames, Friday 28th November 2014. Pours almost black with beige head.Tangy, tart with a nice fruity sourness. Red wine ageing showing, a real sipper is this. It is really zappy, fruity and tart. Really likeable but would have like a smaller bottle or to have shared, its hard going on yer’ own.
