Clear pale golden beer with a rich airy white head. Hoppy floral aroma, grass, yeasty notes, spicy, citrus, some caramel. Hoppy hay flavor, slightly boozy, marcipan, yeast notes. A bit too harsh to really suit me.

Bottle at De Kelk, Brugge, 17/10/14. Clear golden yellow with a decent white covering. Nose is skunky mosaic, straw, apricot, tropicana, light pine, citric peel. Taste comprises juicy citrics, more skunky mosaic, tangerine, straw, pineapple chunks, caramel light, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good hop bellow. Solid stuff, nice mosaic character and drinks well below the ABV.

The beer starts intense floral, a bit earthy. Quite sweet with hints of caramel and brown sugars, nice bitter-floral, which fits in perfect. The aftertaste has warming alcohol, smooth and fresh hops with a nice earthy, caramel-malty picture. Great!

Bottle @ Duvelorium, Brugge. Pours clear golden with profuse airy, rocky white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with fruity and malty touches. Bitter, hoppy taste permeating the rather complex sensation of fruit, malt and alcohol. Lingering bitter and slightly fruity aftertaste. Warning alcohol presence. Very good.

BOTTLE 33 CL from ivodoni1.

Look: bright golden and clear, big frothy to creamy head with good retention.
Aroma: blond fruit, fresh yeast, faint tropical fruit (hops? ), herbal/swampy/heavy hop aroma.
Taste: dry, spicy warming alcohol, fruity, again those swampy rough hop notes.

Bottle from the little beer shop (briefly forgot name) in Ijmuiden, Netherlands, consumed at home, Sunday 5th October 2014. Pours superbly clear pale gold with a busy carbonation and filmy white head. Loz isn’t overly impressed and says it tastes past it, I point out the BBE date which seems to suggest otherwise, Loz gets soapy washing up liquid and thyme. I get spicy yeastiness, a little pancake and some lemon with more spice and a bitter back bite. Very soft in mouth. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7

Poured from a bottle it is a clear light yellow color with a white head. The aroma is citrus the taste is at first bubblegum and then resonates on the palate with blueberry. Very interesting!

From a 33 cl bottle shared at home. Pours a clear pale gold witha thick white head. Herbal nose. Flavors of citrus with some hint of bubblegum from the Belgian yeast. A different, and refreshing, take on a Belgian IPA.
