Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Comes as: "L’Angelus le Temps d’un Printemps". Pours an almost clear golden with a dense and lacing off-white head. Perfumy, spicy nose - coriander and perhaps lavender. Medium body, fruit, yeast and again this pefumy spiciness. Dryish, bitterish finish. 090212

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild coriander and lavender. Soapy, bitter and light fruity. Smooth spiced and light floral. Bitter and dry, spiced finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a cream colored head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and vitamins. The flavor is sweet with notes of hay, vitamins, and lemons, leading to a bitter lemony finish.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate to light heavy yeasty, herbs, yeast, grass, light peppery, light metalic. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, ripped fruit, malt sweet, light metalic, light peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20111001]

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clear copper with a small lasting egg white head. Grain and hay. Vague sulfur and vegetables. A bit thin - lively carbonation. Dry and short end.

0.75l bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg France. Clear, deep golden colour, large and fluffy white head. Hoppy nose with herbal and malty accents. Medium-bodied, solid malty base, slightly fruity, with green, fresh, grassy hops that also have a floral touch. Very nice bière de printemps.
