330ml bottle at Matt?s. Aroma and taste are citric, hoppy. Bitter aftertaste. Quite rough and aggressive...

Tasting at Matt’s; bb May 2017; 6.9% ABV
There is some yeast sludge inside the neck of the bottle, but eventually it pours rather clean, blond, with a small head. Timid Ale, with some sourness, some citrus peel. Won’t be remembered though.

Bottle from Booths, Media City. Golden with an extremely thin head. The rhubarb flavour is light but provides a fair sweetness for the ale, which feels more like a fruit beer than an IPA.

330ml bottle. Golden colour with a white foam head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of earthy vegetal rhubarb notes. Taste is grainy with a musky & vegetal rhubarb tang and spicy earthy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry musky earthy finish. Quite OK.

330 ml swingtop bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 6.9%. Brewed with 10% rhubarb juice. BB date 23.11.14. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Distinct aroma of rhubarb jam. The flavour is a weird combination between rhubarb acidity, alcohol and IPA bitterness. Not bad, but not my a favourite of mine.

Bottle from Moustache Blanche, shared at GBBF. Page 24 & Nogne collab Rhub’IPA a nice cloudy light gold color with a flavorful fruity rhubarb pie aroma. Very raspy carbonation that scrapes your palette clean. Light body and good flavor of bitting citrus hops and earthy rhubarb with a dash of fruitiness. Good stuff.
