Brewed only once each year to coincide with the Hop Harvest in Yakima Washington, High Tide IPA is made with 180 lbs of Fresh Hops per batch that are plucked from the vines and sent straight to our brewery. We skip the whole drying and processing stage which means the hops are ultra fresh and full of flavors we can’t normally get. Like grapes, Hops are only harvested one time each year and as such, we make what we can when we get them.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy white head. The aroma is juicy fruit hop and wheat. Medium mouth with strong hop bite, bitter, lingering dry finish. Good.

Draft - Fresh cut grass and a bit weedy. Cloudy pale yellow with a frothy white head. Bitter, grassy and some more bitterness. A slight sweetness in the finish, but the almost astringent bitterness is overwhelming.

22 oz bottle pour split. Pours a cloudy orange color with a think foamy lasting head. Fresh floral hops on the aroma and everywhere in the flavor. Bitter hop finish with a touch of citrus as well. A great beer for the hop lover. Really good beer.

Tasty IPA. With that nice strong taste of hops that American brewers can do so well. Good one.

1 pint 6 fl oz bottle. Bottled 10/07/13. Pours a yellow-orange golden amber colour with a creamy thick white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of tropical fruit, passionfruit, mango, melon, mandarin. Taste is malt caramel nicely balanced against a fruity hop bitterness with notes of mango, melon, mandarin, orange, grapefruit, pine, spice, resin. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, lightly spicy lingering dry hop resin bitter finish. Very drinkable IPA.
