Taste of a lighter Belgian golden ale, dab of Belgian yeast, soft spicy hops

Pours orange from the bottle. Foamy, white head that soon fades. Aroma is typical Belgian—full of yeasts and spice. The expected fruity notes are almost an afterthought. Taste is bittersweet, with an uptick in bitterness and warmth at the end. The hoppy bitter undertones and the yeasty sweetness don’t play well together, the brew lacks an overall harmony. Body is medium, carbonation is moderate. Okay.

Draft - Flowery bready sweet notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet caramel, some more perfume and a light bitterness. A bit sweet for my tastes.

Rocky white head sat on a translucent, effervescent, apple juice coloured body. Sweet citrus & tea aroma. Medium bodied, sparkling on the palate & a cloying back. Floral tasting with sweet peach, tea, spice, pepper & a spicy finish
