It has an amber colour, and there are some structures in the beer, I don't know how you call it, but it looks a bit like a spider's web. The flavour is dominated by malt. Little bit sweet aftertaste.

An amber beer with a fine head - the body is a bit bubbly. The aroma is yeasty and malty. The flavor is a little thin to start off but then sweet from a fine maltblend with a slight bitterness and notes from yeast and wheat. A fine beer - a big surprise for me from Hoegaarden.

The spices and herbs give this beer it's special taste. For those reasons i think this truly is a special brew, which belongs to the top beers on my personal list!
