Bottle shared by someone at Arrogant Sour 2019, thanks!
Dark yellow, hazy, body, with a small, creamy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma with lots of fresh juicy peach, citrus, some vanilla, some apples. Tastes similar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes moderate sour, a bit sweet, wooden, citric, with lots of peach, green apples.

Very nice. Lots of bright peaches, especially in the nose. Well balanced, with enough sweetness and acidity. Refreshing stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

Keg at the Sussex Yard Party at Dark Star. I am quite astonished that this beer has made it to be the best beer I have ever had. Then again, I am not because it really deserves its rating. It was just sublime. The peach was loaded in there, in the aroma especially but it was so well balanced with the sourness, a kind of perfect lambic sourness. It all went together so perfectly. Harmony, sour, fruit. Absolutely sublime and testimony to a great craftsman.

Keg at the Bottle Shop, Bermondsey, 26/01/19. Clear light golden with a decent white cap. Nose is grass, grains, melon, tangy peach, light barnyard presence, lemon tinged straw. Taste comprises light orange peel, faint white peppery spice, mellow yeast notes, subtle peach, grass, light herb, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid saison ... the peach is quite subtle and not in your face.

Flavour is composed of tart white peach, orange, apricot, layered fruits, yogurt funk.. Palate is tart, and pithy, highish carbonation. Nice.
