Bottle. Murky golden brown color, thick creamy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of peppery and funky raw bread dough, light stone fruit. Taste is bitter and funky barnyard, dusty cobwebs, attic corners. Delicious.

Bottle at Groot Begijnhof. Fruity nose, sweet orange, peach, pineapple, dust. Slightly spicy. Very nice. Cloudy deep gold, low head. Dry flavor, dust and leather, citrus zest, funk. Dry and a bit rough. Very highly carbonated. Very bitter ass finish.

I picked this up at Dranken Geers, Oostakker, nr Gent, Belgium, consumed at Brasenose at Cropredy Fairport festival 8th August 2013 Pours hazy gold with white head, I dropped the bottle causing quite a fizzy bottle. Lemony with a softness, good bite and tasty beer. You can tell its Belgian, little yeasty but good. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.4

330ml bottle

Bottled October 2012 - Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of tangy fruits, hints of grass, spices and malts. Taste is carbonated, tangy fruity, stingy and grassy with hints of spices and yeast. Finish is carbonated, stingy and grassy with hints of spices. Quite carbonated and a bit unbalanced, feels like it’s past its prime.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 10/2012
Aroma has soapy citrus, some hay and hints of apricot. Palate is too high on CO2. Flavour has spices, some soapy citrus, floral notes and hints of apricot. Decent.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of floral malts, hay, dry, some lemon, nice hops. Flavour is dry, crisp, malty, nice floral sweetness, some citrus, great hoppy and malty bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied. Very tasty, very saison-like imo, but not very different from their standards like Taras Boulba or Zinnebir.

Bottle courtesy of sebletitje, thanks Sebastian! The 33cl bottle pours with an effervescent clear deep gold body and supporting a tall off white head of foam. The aroma is kind of minearlly, spicy yeastiness, some citrus to acidic smelling fruit. The taste is nice and hoppy with lemon and lime and tangelo mixing with bitter floral and spicy like Saison yeastiness. This is pretty crisp and tasty.
