Flaske 0,33l fra Alko Muonio. Gyldengul. Høyt kritthvitt skum som varer en stund. Tett lacing. Grei ferskenaroma. Smaken er gress & frukt. Passet utmerket til mat. Overraskende bra.

Thanks to Finn for a 330ml bottle of this one. Crystal clear, pale golden body. Low white head, fragile lacing. Vague smell of pale malts and dry lemon. Lemony-accented taste mixed with grain. Harsh fruit bittersweet ending. Soft carbonated. Medium to thin bodied. Possible to drink with some refreshing impact to our food. (Shared with Frau Eva, Tromsø 20.04.2014).

Just a boring pilsner. May be biological, organic and all that, but the taste is the most important and that’s just plain and boring.

330ml bottle. Golden amber colour, foam white head and aroma of grain, rice & straw. Similar flavour with some citrus rind, metallic hop bitterness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry metallic finish. OK.

33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from ALBO. BBF 06/2014. Apparently a double gold winner according to the bottle. Slightly hazy pils golden, insta-gone white head. Nose skunky pilsner nose, pils grains, rotting grass & grains, overall not very pleasant. Sweet cornflakes taste, soap, chemical cleaners, watery grains, bitter soggy grains & bread, plastic, bitter plastic, lemon sweeteners,… Bit watery, pretty terrible even for the standards of the “style”.

33cl bottle from Appellation Wines (Comely Bank. Appearance - golden steady bubbles nice head. Nose - citrus and gentle honey. Taste - lemon maybe even lemon curd. Palate - it’s very sweet and therefore a bit sickly for a pilsner. Overall - looks good smells good but tastes a little sweet.
