Unser Wicküler Pilsener wird bereits seit 1887 in Deutschland gebraut und kann auf eine lange Tradition zurückblicken. Selbstverständlich brauen wir unser Wicküler nach dem deutschen Reinheitsgebot und verwenden ausschließlich Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Hopfen und Hopfenextrakt als Zutaten. Sein würziger, voller Pilsgeschmack zeichnet es aus: Wicküler Pilsener – kräftig, frisch und unverfälscht!

Green bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear gold with moderate sized white head with an average retention. Aroma of clean malts, grass and spice. Taste of mineral water, cracker, light resin, grass, spice, some metal, moderate bitterness. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. No noticeable skunking so stored well despite green bottle. Not a great example of a Pilsener but still quite flavoursome.

Bottle 0,5ltr: Clear golden colored brew with an slightly dry bitter taste, very adequate German Pilsener.

Fľaška od kamaráta. Vôňa chmelovo kukuričná. Farba bledá zlatista. Pena hneď padla. Chuť kukuričná sladko horka.

Bottled 500ml. -from Heiloo Getränke Leipzig. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, grainy and rather strong lightstruck in the nose. Bready, grainy, light yeasty and cardboardish with harsh herbal finish. Messy.

Clear dark yellow colour with thin head. Cereal notes. Slightly skunky old hops. Nicely bitter though.

Older tasting notes: clear golden pour with a small white head. Aromas and tastes of malts and grains, somme grass/hay and lemon. Okish.

0,33 l bottle. Clear golden, small one finger white head. Grassy grainy smell, some malt, straw and lemon. Taste starts with bitter hop, straw and grain, dry malt, not very complex but drinkable. Long lasting bitter aftertaste. Okay.

Bottle picked up from REWE in Rothenburg ob der Tauber and consumed at home Wednesday 3rd November 2021, listening to My Bloody Valentine - Loveless in full on 6Music inducted into Steve Lamaqs classic album club. Clear very pale straw in colour with a white head, superb clarity, looks fab'. Grainy with a sweetness, smooth, a little bit dry, soft moutheel. It's not the best Pilsner but I really don't mind it at all.

Flasche 0,5l: Golden, leicht grünstichig, glasklar, kräftiger stabiler mittelporiger Schaum; leicht fruchtige + leicht würzige Nase, eher trockene Hopfennoten, recht mild, leichte Zitrusaromen, kräftig Malz, Getreide, dezente Hefenoten, Brot, Brotteig, malzig-trockene Bitterkeit; leicht fruchtiger + dezent würziger Körper, leichte Süße, Malz, Getreide, cremig, deutliche Kohlensäure, eher trockene Hopfennoten, dezente Säure, trockene Zitrusnoten, leichte Hefenoten, Brot, Brotteig; malzig-trockener Nachgang

Bière 33 centilitres reçu dans une box. Je ne suis pas fan de pils et celle-ci ne présente vraiment aucun intérêt à mes yeux, elle est plutôt fade, aqueuse, sans doute correcte dans le cas d'un déménagement mais à part ça, je ne vois pas bien quoi en faire... (M)
