An award-winning Light Ale brewed with three malts and three hops. Generous late hopping provides Seville orange aromas and the initial malt sweetness is dominated by citrus flavours which explode on the palate. Brewed with plenty of malt to provide decent body, so it has some backbone for a low ABV beer. There’s also a pronounced bitterness throughout.

Cask@The Pineapple, London. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some earth, citrus and quite malty as well. Flavour is very similar with a bunch of dry wooden notes.

Cask at the Southampton Arms on 4th April 2011. Clear gold with off white film head and foam ring leaving fine lacing. Exquisite hoppy flavours. Fine grapefruit citrus and srong uppermouth bitterness. Lingering dry, hoppy aftertaste. Very agreeable mouthfeel. Excellent for its strength.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2011. Clear gold with lasting white head. Looks in great nick and just lovely citrus hops on the aroma. Wow that is delicious. Shows what you can do with a beer at this abv. Hops are wonderful and last and last. Touch of butter maybe. But stunningly lovely

Cask at the London Drinker BF. Clear yellow pour with a light film. Grassy, floral hops on the nose. Light straw flavor, some citra, very grassy. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sticky hop finish, mildly sweet, with lingering earth and hay bitterness. Excellent stuff.

Half, cask at Bree Louise, Euston. Near-clear golden. Naked on the surface, spotty lacing at the glassware. Floral fruity aroma. Fruity shells in flavour with a very dry bitter end. Easy to drink, but it does not feel too thin on the swallow. Drinks quite well (London, 19.03.2011).
