Inspired by (but not brewed under the influence of) the classic Gin and Tonic cocktail. This refreshing and moderately tart kettle-soured Gose was cold-steeped with botanicals, lending a pleasant, citrusy flavor and piney aroma. As refreshing as the real thing and incredibly quaffable!
