Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy pale orange, rich lively head. Tart, fruity funky nose with some floral hops. Dryish and minerally, lots of grassy, herbal hops. Light and fresh, spritzy, funky and elegant. Bitter herbal finish. lovely beer with the ususal BFM complexity.

Hazy amber color. The aroma has the classic BFM funkiness, with caramel and old hops, Belgian yeast, very light fruits. Medium body, caramel flavor, quite dry; correct bitterness; the most interesting trait is again the usual BFM signature fermentation; late, the hop lightly appears, with some resins; but the noble hops lost the fruity component, or at least it’s hidden by the yeast products. The salt is not immediately evident, but it appears at the very end, discrete, creating a pleasant and original feeling. Good and demanding. We need more beers with salt.
