This is an amber ale with a persistent, light hazelnut colored head. Fruity and warm scents immediately invade the nose, harmoniously blending with the delicate herbaceous and citrusy notes of the hops. We find them again in the taste, along with the hints of cereals that are perceived with the very first sip. As the first sensations fade, a pleasant and very subtle peppery note emerges.

Kind of a nasty murky brown color. Malty, a little piney, some bitter and fruity notes, and a little boozy.

Аромат не резкий, слегка пряный, весьма сладкий в основе сладости карамель. Цвет как у классического пряного пива, темно коричневый. Пена тонкая но постоянная. Вкус умеренный, водянистый. Слегка сладкий, на оттенке в отдаленности ощущается карамель, коричневый сахар, намеки на хмель и патоку. Послевкусие слабое, сладкое, но алкоголя не чувствуется совершенно, при том что горло согревает капитально.

Can pour from Steve. It looks a bit like apple cider. Aroma is apple, caramel, wert. Taste is strong green apple, dark fruit, caramel. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth, light yeast, slightly bitter finish. Overall, requisite elements are here but a slightly unfinished quality to it.

Medium sweetness and body, moderate bitterness. Oily sticky mouthfeel, average carbonation. Bittersweet toffee finish. Decent.
