(Bottle (0,5ll) and tap) This could be my favourite wittbier. I think it was freshes and not as sweet as other wittbier I have tried. Tried it several times, mainly from tap.

1L. plastic bottle. Small stable head, very hazy lemony yellow colour, light aroma of orange petals with some vanila and some skunky traces. Flavours of mandarine and a melange of spice with an alcoholic presence which is a touch too strong. Mouthfell is a little thin and watery, pleasant light sweet and sour aftertaste. Not a bad witbier.

(Bottle from a friend) BB 31.07.08. Shady reddish brown color, tan head. Smells as "Bullens Pilsnerkorv" with some apples. Fruity and dry taste. Green grapes aftertaste. MEdium mouthfeel, low bitterness.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Wheaty and spiced aroma, classic belgian wit with a dry aroma impression. Creamy wheaty mouthfeel. Rather dry wheaty initial flavour with a distinct cardemomme spice note joining in. A bit on the thin side of complexity yet flavur is certainly there - just a bit one-dimensional spiced and wheaty. I guess served totally cold and with a lemon this is great in a continental warm Ukraine Summer.

Spritzig zitronig-herber Antrunk, eher mild. Auch im Mittelteil eher mild, leicht fruchtig, diesmal limettenartig. Erfrischend aber zu mild im Abgang, etwas herb. Anspruchsloses Weizen. Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Dose Noten: 9,7,7,5,5,6 - 6,40

I had no idea this was a Wit, I thought it was an unfiltered lager. Nevertheless, I thought this was great. Cloudy golden color. Honeydew and mellon dominate this fruit flavors, while a solid buscuity malty backbone gives great support. Excellent mouthfeel. Sweet malty honey finish with a touch of bitterness.

1 L plastic bottle. Cloudy yellow color with a tiny white head that disapears very fast. Aroma is wheat, yeast, coriander, some orange and some banana. Flavor is sweet, wheaty, a bit spicy, with some orange and a bit of banana and lemon. Some late mild sourness. Body is rather light.

Frankly I think that this beer is severely underrated on this site. It looks like a pretty good white beer with a very cloudy orange colour. It tastes like a pretty good white beer with its nice spicy palate. I don’t really see what is so horribly wrong with this beer. Hell, I would drink it again and maybe again after that.

Huge creamy white head over hazy yellow body. Milky rubbery aroma with notes of flour. Taste is chalky and bitter. Mealy mouthfeel. No body, just sharp bitterness. Bitter aftertaste. It’s drinkable, but not really very pleasant. (0.5l bottle.)

(Can 50 cl) Pours a hazy pilsener golden with a white head. Lots of yeast impurities. Vague aroma of yeast and citrus. Rather light body with a vague, wheaty tartness. Light and quenching but not with a terrible lot of character. 020706
