Draft @ Scott’s Bar Brussels. Dorée, paille, pas de col. Arôme de pomme, léger tanin, pointe de pomme cara. Palais est crisp, pomme bien présent sur profil sec un peu adouci au niveau de ce profil caramélisé pomme api, haute effervescence, le tout étant axé sur une prise de bouche douce qui vu le producteur de ces infâmes produits Gordon souhaite plaire à la masse. Bref, cidre ok, mais rien qui pousse les frontières de l’artisanal.

On tap at Fatty’s, Brussels. Umm, shiny golden body, aroma of dusty apple vinegar. Watery, damn watery dry rotten apple flavor. Bone dry finish, though in general it’s vinuous and sweet. A resounding meh.

Bottled@Beer Hunters, Pori. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is apples, vinegar, and stuff. Flavour is apples, vinegar and some wooden stuff. Not that nice.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild apple and light sulphorish. Citric, crisp apple and subdued sweetness. Good carbonation. Citric and medium dry finish.

shared by ungstrup at ungstrup tasting . Clear yellow, small bubbly head. 2 mild aroma. Pretty dry, 6 flavor is dry apple, mild.
