Bottled. Hazy amber colour with a big foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, black peppery and some slight earthy tones. Flavour is carael, some fruits and a huge load of black pepper. No burn or anything, just black peppery as fuck.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber orange color with. Longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity spicy black pepper aroma with yeasty hints. Fruity malty spicy yeasty peppery flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy peppery yeasty finish.

Flaske 0,5l fra Vinmonopolet Oslo Vika. Batch 871. På RV124 9 Mai 13. Mørk aprikosfarget. Raskt dalende skum. God ale-aroma. Mye kullsyre. Smaken har et forsiktig pepper-preg. Behagelig. Litt sedimenter.

Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Dark amber in colourl. Pepper, caramel and dried apricot in the aroma. Tangy and fruity taste with pepper, sultanas and dried apricot detected.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light roasted, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, black pepper. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, black pepper. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130328]

Enjoyed at the 4de Gents Bierfestival, 2013. The 50cl bottle pours with a clear copper body that supports a near white head. The aroma offers up floral hop notes sweetened up by malts and then into sweet mango and more floral hops. The taste is smooth to start and getting into apricot, mango and tangerine that grows bitter with hops to midway. It then slides smoothly toward some lingering malt sweetness into the finish.
