50cl bottle courtesy of 77ships @ RBBSG II.

Personal contribution. 50 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBSG II as “ Alvinne Deerlycke Festivalbier”. Presumably an alias of this one. Not a gusher! Pours a murky orange with a quickly gone white head. Smells of oranges, sweet flowers, exotic fruits, spices and sweet yeast, almost American hops. Taste is bitter oranges, grapefruit, white bread yeast, lots of hops, fruity, touch exotic fruits, bitter spices and flowers. Zesty and lovely body. This is way better than Alvinne usually is for a standard beer style, why is this one not part of their main line-up? Instead it is just sold a whole bunch of obscure, virtually non-existent label beers, odd.

Bottle from the Alvinne store. Bright and cloudy light orange color with a massive white head that collapses in the center and leaves delicate lacing. Aroma of fresh bread and orange peel, possibly some coriander. Flavor is dominated by malt and bitterness throughout, lots of yeast as well, and moderate spice. Great body, almost chewy. Tasty brew, worth finding and tasting.

Huge, dense white head, slowly collapsing over hazy, but bright-yellow/orange coloured, very carbonated beer. Cookiemalts, faint hops, fresh as yet unhopped worts aroma, grassy. Sharpish, lightly coloured malts taste, faintly sweet, with a light citrus touch. Strangely, hops appear in the taste warming up, herbal in character. Very carbonated MF, pretty slick. Glenn made me a bit afraid of this one, but I cannot find any significant faults. Just a bit... plain. And fizzy.
