Bottle at the "Colin and the Vikings tasting, Goteborg". Poured a hazy straw with a frothy white head. The aroma is neutral light fruit veggie. The flavour is grain dry cereal light citrus. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle courtesy of Aniela. Pours very hazy pale golden with a huge frothy goldenish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of soapy lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is slightly malty with crackers, cereal, unfermented wort, hay, dry soil, dusty oatmeal and hints of apple sauce. Taste is slightly malty with crackers, cereal, hay, dry soil, apple sauce, oatmeal and hints of unfermented wort. Mouthfeel is soft, round and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny malty with crackers, cereal, oatmeal , apple skins and dry soil. Nothing to write home about…

Hazy orange golden colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, malts, orange peel, light hay, some spices, light honey. Light sweet, malty flavour, light hops, citrus, bit spicy, fruity and caramel. Bitter hoppy finish, malts and citrus.

Frisk fruktig lukt med preg av lys malt, humle, banan, høy, appelsin, brød. Tørr frisk smak med preg av lys malt, humle, høy, banan, brød. Middels bitterhet som set litt. Grei, treng litt lagring som eit minimum. Dette skal ifølge sjefen sjølv vere ei litt tørrare vidareutvikling av Målstefna. Personlig ser eg ikkje samanhengen mellom desse to øla i det heile tatt, og dette kan ikkje ein gang måle seg med Målstefna.

6% about 1500 yen from Vinmonopolet. It pour a light cloudy honey with a nice head of fluffy white foam. Delicious Saison aroma! Spices dominate. The taste is smooth, easy to sip with a soft mouthfeel. The flavor is spicy, sweet & bitter. That’s an impressive feat to pull off! A truly excellent saison or biere de garde.

75cl bottle courtesy of tderoeck @ RBBSG II. Light gush. Orangée, col blanc cassé éais. Arôme est houblonné, citronné, aspect grains, pils-pâle restant assez neutre offrant qcq effluves d’agrumes. Palais est épais avec une belle pétillance sur une pointe d’épices. Grains est assez dominant tout en étant léger. Houblonné agrumes pour un fini assez rustique à l’inspiration belge.

Courtesy of tderoeck. Thx! 75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBSG II. Pours a murky orange with a white head. Nose is orange peel and spices, thick malts, citrus and some hops. Tastes of bitter orange peel, lemon grass, quite bitter with bitter saison yeast, bitter zest, bitter flowers and white pepper. Carb. is a bit high. Quite an enjoyable saison, nice.
