750 ml bottle. Hazy orange body with a thin off-white head. A relatively light aroma of citrus fruit and yeast. Flavor is light fruity and refreshing, a light bitterness that feels a bit sharp in contrast to the acidity. Normally I’m positive to some acidity or sourness in the flavor, but this time it feels unbalanced. I know this beer is supposed to have some kind of sourness, but for me this feels like close to an infection. It might just be me, but this is not the best beer I have tasted from this fine brewery, sorry.

Bottle. (my second beer from Kinn Bryggeri, the bottle was bought at Vinmonopolet in Stavanger in June 2011) Hazy orange with a large white head. Good aroma and taste, mainly Belgian yeast, hay and some fruit. Very refreshing and drinkable with a nice sour twist on it.

Big offwhite head. Hazy pale amber body with strong fast carbonation. Earthy resin and freshly sawn wood aroma with herbal Belgian yeast notes. Dry-sweet earthy herbal grassy taste with dusty resiny notes. Light body. Meal mildly fizzy mouthfeel. Fresh, clean palate. Excellent harmony and balance. Dry grainy herbal resiny aftertaste with buttery dusty notes. Excellent! Highly drinkable. A lovely beer, but Málstefna was better. (0.75l bottle, wine monopoly.)

330ml on tap at Håndverkerstuene. Unclear, golden-orange. White, eggshell head. Grassy hops to the nose. Rounded taste profile of herbal dryness and hoppy fruits. Notes of yeast behind. Dry and smooth in the mouth. Pleasant (Oslo, 25.05.2011).

750 ml capped bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Brew #64, ABV is 6.0%. Golden colour, slightly hazy, enormous white head that lasts "forever" and makes the beer hard to drink. Strong and pleasant spicy and yeasty aroma. The crisp flavour has also distinct spicy and "Belgian" yeasty notes, with a substantial hoppy "bite" in the finish.

0.75l bottle @ Nabokjelleren Bergen batch 64. Pours a semi hazy dark orange body with some tiny sediments and practically no head. Aroma is grassy hops, some faint citrus and refreshing fruits. No carbonation and medium bodied. Really refreshing thistkiller. Some nice sweet malts, hints of strawberries, clementine, hay, and nice sweet wattermellon. A really mild, slightly dry and nice brew.
