Bottle. Deep brown with a beige head that's soon less than a coat. Aroma of wine vinegar, oak, caramel, bread, cherries. Slippery, low carbonation. Quite sour and quite acidic with clear vinegar notes along with wood, sour cherries, caramel. Nothing overwhelming though and there's spicy and brackenish notes along with oak at the end that finishes things neatly. Pretty good.

Amber, hazy with a medium offwhite head. Aroma of sour fruits and wood. Sour flavor with a dry sour fruits end.

Bottle. dark brown color. oak and cherry in the vinous aroma, like a matured Rodenbach. Sour oaky caramelly flavor, vinous with fruity notes. Citrus and grapes. A Norwegian flemish sour, and a good one. Hint of rubber in the aftertaste.

Bottle from SB, aged for 3 years. Murky reddish brown with no head. Tart with balsamic, cherries slightly funky. Very tart and oaky. Very nice!

Bottle. A- Vinegar, cherry, oak, funk, mild vanilla. A- Dark red color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Tart, sour, funky, balsamic vinegar, cherry, oak, P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- This bottle was over 6 years old! Not sure if that helped it or not. Lots of serious tartness and funk from the oak barrels. Vinegar notes are a bit heavy. Really good but fairly aggressive flavors.
