Bottle, many thanks JefVerstraete! Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is herbal, nice spice, anise, horseblankety, basement. Taste is anise, dough, mild spices, nice tartness to balance it out, super drinkable. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Lively carbonation. Very nice!

Bottle. Light gold, good head. Classic farmhouse/basement nose with moderate druidic herbs. Great herbal flavor, mild and tasty, even sessionable.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Oct 19. Thanks blackhaddock for this one! Pours a misty golden orange, patchy white head. Aroma has light yeast, orange hints. Taste is a little tangy, gently sour, light bodied, would’ve welcomed more of a full-bodied yeasty character but it's a fine start to things.

Orange color. Bottle gushes heavily (lost 1/3 of the contents). Peppery, hoppy aroma. Also a peppery and hoppy taste, woth a bit of metal and liquorice. Bitter, herbal finish. Re-rate: GBBF London: entirely different beer. Golden delicious apple aroma and flavor dominate all other flavors. Hints of sourness.

Odd saison, not quite sour, not quite not sour, with a tart citrus base layered under mild notes of grass, apple, pepper, and flowers. Also has a slight funkiness lurking on the edges, but this might be due to the bottle's advanced age. Overall an interesting pint, but not one I care to repeat.
