Bottle shared at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks mom for this bottle! Clear orange-amber. Malt, caramel, thyme, a bit of fruitiness, sweetish, spicy, bitterish finish, medium-bodied.

330mL bottle at Kaffi Horni, pours a clear copper amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out plenty of Belgian yeast upfront, with gentle thyme, and some candied, estery notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of Belgian yeast character upfront, followed by very subtle thyme. Nice expression of the Belgian yeast without too much sweetness. Solid enough.

Some rust though not sure how the thyme or glacier water could oxidize in thousands of years of being frozen like Disney princesses. Tangy mash finish. Bottle at hotel.
