Some supermarket in Oslo: Pours a murky yellow with a white head. Aroma is spice, sugar, and fruit. Taste is spicy (quite spicy) and somewhat sweet. Really full flavour. It kind of tastes like high quality candy. Lots of citrus and spice. An excellent wit. I really like what Scandinavians have been doing with this style.

Poured from a 500ml bottle into a Tulip glass at home (Jan ’12). Yellow/blond in colour with a very small white head. A good puff of wheat on the nose allied to a pine/wood and strong citrus aroma. As well as wheat in the flavour citrus notes in thre also - orange, a little grapefruit and a light spice/herb flavour in the background. Medium bodied beer, fairly light/easy to drink and refreshing, quite a bit of carbonation. Dry-ish finish - a very good witbier overall!
